If the customer wishes to return an original undamaged and unused Arista product within 30 days or less – a 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed + shipping back to Arista.
If the customer wishes to return an original undamaged and unused product within 90 days but more than 30 days – a 30% restocking fee will be assessed + shipping back to Arista.
Note: NO EXPIRED PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED

The Distribution Center will provide a pre-paid label for return shipping. Please be sure to provide a copy of your original Sales Order with the return and print Attn. Returns Department and add your RMA# on the packing slip. PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOMERS MUST FOLLOW THE RMA PROCESS PROVIDED TO ENSURE TIMELY AND PROPER CREDITING. The Distribution Center technical support division will inspect each return upon arrival.
